For the last six years or so there has been a dedicated team of volunteers
working towards one main goal, that is to gather together as many complete or cockpit sections of EX Boscombe Down airframes
as possible. Although I have a keen interest in aircraft my first choice has to be with Military vehicles, whether Army
or RAF.
I have put together this site so you can have a sneeky look at just some
of the vehicles myself and a bunch of other keen vehicle restorers have on the go at the Museum. The Museum is currently not
open to the public due to the location and strict security restrictions, however every now and then we do get a
chance for an open day.
The vehicle section team have the same goals as the aircraft boys but
with the added benefit that as and when the vehicles are up and running, we can attend some of the shows.
