Welcome to the Plain Military
UOR - Urgent Operational Requirements pages.

Introduction to UOR and TES

The most significant factor contributing to a successful operation is the equipment provided to the armed forces. On these pages you will see just some of the many new and upgraded vehicles and equipment used by the British Military on operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Because of the nature of UORs and the well being of all our troops, no details will be given of any of the vehicles shown on these pages. We can however, show you the vehicles. TES, Theatre Entry Standard is the standard all vehicles are prepared to prior to being shipped to theatre of operations. Most changes are made to counter evolving enemy threats. Most of the vehicles on these pages are fitted to the latest TES standard. This website is designed for ease of use in mind and to help people understand what the British Army use on the front line.

All pictures on this site are copyright to Plain Military unless otherwise credited and may only be used with our full permission. Anyone wishing to use any of the material on this web site, please contact me via my email address.

Anyone wanting to find out more information about any of the vehicles on these pages can also look online at

www.army.mod.uk

Over the coming months/years this site will grow; as more kit comes into service we will endeavour to get a snap-shot of them. There is still a long way to go, so please keep checking the site to see if any new pictures have been added. If anyone has a picture they would like added to this site, please feel free to contact me. All copyright will be given to you unless stated otherwise.

Please feel free to sign the guestbook with any comments you have. Remember to keep it clean as  we may have young chilldren looking in.
